Using the EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment or the multi-rater assessment, we'll illuminate how you approach life and the workplace on both good days and bad days, and how it influences your achievement and fulfillment.
3. The Journey
We'll take a goal-focused approach to gain alignment and focus, build motivation, and create a path forward.
4. Transformation
Now you are ready to create your meta plan for the next few years. We'll reflect on your successes and envision a positive, growth-focused future.
